I like the mistake/conflict distinction, but in this case the conflict theorist People elected Elites (who proceeded to wage war on the People, broadly speaking). The dissonance hurts my brain.

It is quite incredible that people with such low IQ can be in charge of the US. I'm not just suggesting JFKJr.
While true, "write conclusion and work backwards" (which IMO this is) is less of an IQ thing and more of a "conflict theory"* thing.

This is willful ignorance, targeting a political issue which has nothing to do with health.
I'd assume that McKinsey, Enron, Madoff & Co. have convinced quite a few people that "high IQ" is not a virtue.
